ListingBeacon AI provides a catalog content review service for Shopify merchants. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Include your store domain and the nature of your request; do not send passwords or API keys.
Data we process
We process product titles, descriptions, SEO fields, tags, product identifiers and status, your store domain, brand settings, authenticated merchant identifiers, subscription state, usage counts and repair history. We use this data to authenticate access, scan the catalog, generate requested suggestions, apply approved changes, verify results and administer subscriptions. We do not request customer, order or payment records.
Hosting and AI providers
The application and its PostgreSQL database run on DigitalOcean in the New York region, United States. When you request an AI proposal, selected product content and brand guidance are sent to Volcengine Ark (Doubao) through its Beijing-region API endpoint in China. This involves international processing of the submitted content. Do not include customer personal information or confidential material in product content or brand guidance.
DigitalOcean supplies hosting and database infrastructure; Volcengine Ark supplies model processing; Shopify supplies authentication, product APIs and subscription billing. Provider processing is subject to the respective provider terms. We do not promise that external providers retain no data or use a specific retention period without verified contractual terms.
Retention and deletion
Completed operational records and content history are generally eligible for cleanup after 90 days. Active issue records and subscription usage anchors are retained while needed to operate the service. Uninstalling stops new work and removes access sessions. A Shopify shop-redaction request deletes that store’s application data; inactive stores are also removed after 30 days as a fallback. This deployment does not include a separate application backup service.
Access and protection
App access uses Shopify authentication. Store data is separated by store identifier, connections use HTTPS, and product changes require recorded approval. Access is limited to operating and supporting the service. No internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
Your choices
You can review drafts without applying them, reject suggestions, cancel a plan in the app, or uninstall through Shopify. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of data we control. We may need to verify that you are authorized to act for the store.
